Lukas has 15+ years of experience in foreign direct investment and international expansion. He has led U.S. efforts for the Greater Zurich Area, supporting 200+ companies globally. He is the founder of Mindfire Foundation and was the first team member at Aisot Technologies, helping scale AI-driven solutions for asset management in the U.S.
Engineering Lead
Eric brings over a decade of experience in engineering, product development, and growth. Google Developer Expert who has built and scaled companies in the traveltech, proptech and mobility space. He combines deep technical knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset to build scalable products that drive impact and advance innovation across sectors and industries.
Operations & Partnerships
Milo brings 5 years of experience in foreign direct investment and international expansion to Upsite. First at Invest in Bavaria where he supported U.S. companies expanding into Germany and vice-versa, then at Greater Zurich Area where he managed numerous expansion projects from the U.S. into Switzerland across high-tech verticals.

Michael Vollman is a seasoned software and technology executive with more than 40 years of leadership experience. His career highlights include driving exponential growth at Vignette, AlignStar, and other industry leaders such as Oracle, EDS, and HP, with multiple successful exits and market-defining revenue achievements.
